Terms of Service for Estimates – 17th Street Automotive
By authorizing the repair work outlined in this estimate, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. This authorization includes all necessary labor, parts, shop supplies, and related materials required to complete the repair work. You also authorize 17th Street Automotive and its employees to operate your vehicle for purposes of testing, inspection, or delivery
.Limitation of Liability 17th Street Automotive exercises reasonable care in securing customer vehicles. However, we are not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or articles left inside due to fire, theft, weather conditions, or causes beyond our reasonable control, except where caused by our direct, proven negligence.
:Customer-Supplied Parts We do not typically install customer-supplied parts. In the rare event an exception is made, no warranties, guarantees, or liability are provided for those parts. By requesting this installation, you agree to hold 17th Street Automotive harmless from any claims, lawsuits, damages, or accidents arising from the failure of those parts or their installation.

:Wheel Re-Torque Safety Notice Please return within 50–100 miles or 3–7 days for a FREE wheel re-torque if wheels were removed during service. Failure to return assumes all risk and releases 17th Street Automotive from liability for any damages or injuries resulting from wheel loosening.
:Storage & Estimates A storage fee of $40.00 per day applies to any vehicle not picked up within three (3) days of work completion unless prior arrangements are approved. Estimates are valid for thirty (30) days from issuance and are subject to change due to labor shortages, parts availability, market fluctuations, and inflation.
:Warranties Most service is covered by a limited warranty of 3 years/36,000 miles via Napa Car Care (Gold), 2 years via AutoZone ProVantage, and Advance Auto TechNet. OEM parts may carry a 12-month warranty. Special-order parts require a non-refundable deposit. Napa Warranty:

:Governing Law & Jurisdiction These terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any legal action must be filed in the state courts of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
:Dispute Resolution Any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Virginia Beach, Virginia, rather than in a public court of law.
:Severability If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
:Transparency Disclosure The total price shown above includes all mandatory fees. A 3% discount is available for Cash payments; we do not accept checks. Debit card transactions are processed at the discounted rate.
