How Our Pick-Up and Delivery Service Works
• Service Fee: $30 each way within a 10-mile radius (requires two employees).
• Safe Vehicle Operation: If your vehicle is safe for our technicians to drive, we will return it to you at your workplace, home, or business once the service is complete.
• Restricted Access Locations:
o For gated communities, we will need the necessary access codes.
o For military bases or other restricted areas, we require prior authorization, or additional arrangements may be needed.
o Please note that delays or extra charges may apply for restricted access.
FREE Pick-Up and Delivery
• If there is a confirmed issue with a prior service or repair.
• For Fleet Account customers.
• When additional work is approved during the service process.

• Documenting Your Vehicle’s Condition: Before we pick up your vehicle, we will thoroughly document its current condition with photos and video for transparency and your peace of mind.
• Secure Payment Options: Pay your invoice via phone, in person (preferred), or text (additional charge applies).
